What is your return policy?
We accept returns on unworn, unwashed items with tags attached within 30 days of delivery. Please note that items marked as Final Sale cannot be returned or exchanged.
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days within the continental US. Expedited and overnight shipping options are available at checkout for those last-minute events.
How do I know what size to order?
Mumu fits are generally true to size, but vary by style. Check the 'Size Guide' on each product page for specific measurements and fit tips ranging from XXS to 3XL.
Can I change or cancel my order once it's placed?
We move fast to get your Mumu to you! Orders are processed quickly, so we are usually unable to make changes or cancellations once the order is confirmed.
