We want you to love your Mumu pieces, but if something isn't quite right, we accept returns on unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 30 days of delivery. Please note that items marked as Final Sale and certain accessories are not eligible for return or exchange.

Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and shipping zip code to initiate the process and select your items.
Choose Your Method
Select whether you would like to receive a refund to your original payment method, an exchange for a different size, or instant Store Credit.
Print and Pack
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by the portal, then securely pack your items in the original packaging if possible.
Ship It Back
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; once received at our warehouse, please allow 7-10 business days for processing.
